Quick Summary
The Department of the Navy, NAVSUP Weapon Systems Support Mech, is soliciting quotes for the repair of CIRCUIT CARD ASSEMB (Product Service Code 5998). Evaluation
Quotes will be evaluated based on unit price, total price, and proposed Repair Turnaround Time (RTAT). The Government encourages accelerated delivery. If the required RTAT cannot be met, offerors must provide capacity constraints. For items not previously purchased by NAVSUP WSS or with increased prices, historical pricing or basis of pricing must be provided. A Testing & Evaluation (T&E) fee for Beyond Repair (BR/BER) items should also be quoted.
Additional Notes
Government Source Inspection (GSI) is required. Freight is FOB Origin and handled by the Navy per the Commercial Asset Visibility (CAV) Statement of Work. The Government intends to include an option for increased quantity. A significant clause states that any asset not meeting the required RTAT will incur a price reduction per unit/per month of delay, unless the delay is excusable. This price reduction does not limit other Government remedies. Offerors must provide their Awardee CAGE, and if different, Inspection & Acceptance CAGE and Facility/Subcontractor CAGE.
