Evaluation
Award will be made only to approved sources and requires Engineering Source approval. Offers received from sources other than government-approved suppliers will be deemed technically unacceptable and ineligible for award. Distributors of approved sources MUST submit a copy of their authorized distributor letter, on the source's letterhead, to the buyer point of contact via email at the time of proposal submittal. Failure to provide this letter will result in the proposal being deemed non-responsive and technically unacceptable. Past performance must be at an acceptable level as documented in SPRS - FAPIIS.
