Technical Data & Eligibility
The Technical Data Package (TDP) is Source Controlled and Export Controlled. Access is restricted to the Data Custodian identified in the United States/Canada Joint Certification Program (JCP). Vendors must have an active DD Form 2345 on file to download the TDP from SAM.gov. Only the approved source or authorized distributors will be considered for award.
Evaluation
Selection will be based on the lowest evaluated offer from an approved source. The solicitation includes a provision for a Reverse Auction, which the Contracting Officer may utilize as a pricing technique after the solicitation closes. Contractors must be registered in the DLA reverse auction system to participate.

Interested vendors not currently approved must contact the Competition Advocate's office to inquire about becoming an approved source for future requirements. All payments will be processed via Wide Area WorkFlow (WAWF).
