Notice of Final Request for Proposal under FTSS V MAC Lot 1Program Title: Contractor Instructional Services Naval Air Forces Atlantic Fleet (CISLANT) Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Training Systems Division (NAWCTSD) intends to competitively award a Firm Fixed Price Task Order under Fielded Training Systems Support (FTSS) Multiple Award Contract (MAC) V Lot 1 for CISLANT in support of training devices at the sites identified as follows: 1) E-2D, E-2C, C-2, MH-60S and MH-53E at NS Norfolk; 2) F/A-18E/F at NAS Oceana; 3) P-8A, MQ-4, MH-60R, P-3C and MH-60R at NAS Jacksonville; and 4) MH-60R at NS Mayport. The period of performance is 60 months, inclusive of two (2) months mobilization, one (2) two month base period, four twelve (12) month options, and on last option year of eight (8) months. Start of contractor performance (mobilization) will be 01 July 2026. This effort will be awarded under FTSS V, Lot I and is limited for Lot I vendors only. Any FTSS V MAC holder who would like to receive the available documents and Attachment L-5 of the RFP should contact the contract specialist, Lynn Carlson at lynn.a.carlson4.civ@us.navy.mil, in order to facilitate receipt. Any prospective subcontractors will need to get access to the documents via an FTSS V MAC holder. The DD254, DOD Contract Security Classification Specification will be added to the RFP in the near future via an amendment.
