Geographic Scope
The primary jurisdiction is the USACE Pittsburgh District (Pennsylvania, Ohio, West Virginia), but the BPA may be used within the geographical boundaries of the USACE Lakes and Rivers Division. USACE is considering either one complete region or dividing the District into Northern and Southern areas. An attached spreadsheet, "Propsed BPA Locations - Northern Southern.xlsx," details specific addresses for these potential areas. Contractors are asked to specify their capability to perform in the entire region or proposed sub-areas.
Response Requirements
Interested contractors must submit the following:
- A positive statement of intent to submit a bid/proposal as a prime contractor, including how the 75% subcontracting requirement would be met and subcontractor selection/responsibilities.
