Submission Requirements
Quotes must include unit price, total price, and proposed RTAT. If the proposed RTAT exceeds 60 days, contractors must provide capacity constraints. Quotes should also specify a T&E fee for items determined Beyond Repair (BR/BER), which will be negotiated if incurred. Contractors must provide awardee CAGE, inspection/acceptance CAGE, and facility/subcontractor CAGE information. Quality Assurance & Packaging
