Amendment / Modification

This amendment clarifies the requirement and extends the deadline for submitting quotes.

• The "Hour & Date for Receipt of Offers" has been extended.

• The "Hour & Date for Receipt of Questions/RFIs" has passed and will not be extended.

• The deadline for submitting quotes is extended to April 29, 2026, at 11:00 AM Pacific Time.

• Quotes must align with the Price/Cost Schedule.

• This is a firm fixed-price requirement; quotes including estimated shipping will not be considered. If shipping is offered at no cost, it must be explicitly stated.

• Manufacturer warranty details and proof of authorized distributor or reseller status must be included with the quote response.
