Scope of Work
This opportunity requires semi-annual inspection, testing, and maintenance services for the Clean Agent Fire Suppression System and its control panel, which protects existing server racks and powers both the fire suppression and an automatic emergency airflow system. Services are required twice per year for a three-year period.
Key tasks include:
- Comprehensive system inspection of the fire detection and control panel.
- Device testing and cleaning (e.g., smoke detectors, pull stations, alarms).
- Hardware and agent verification, including distribution piping and clean agent quantities.
- Integration testing to ensure the system disables environmental control during agent release.
- Fire Alarm Control Panel testing, coordinating with the local Fire Department.

Submission & Evaluation

- Include all pricing, applicable taxes, and shipping charges (FOB Destination) on all CLINs.
- Provide delivery lead-time and a Point of Contact (Name, Phone, E-Mail).

Special Requirements: Contractor personnel must be United States citizens, eligible for base access to Fort Huachuca, and will be escorted at all times within the EMETF data center. NO THIRD PARTIES WILL BE ACCEPTED for support renewals.
