Statement of Work (SOW)

This Statement of Work outlines the requirements for routine maintenance to preserve the hydraulic conduits (culverts) within the Everglades National Park, Flamingo District. The goal is to ensure functional hydraulic performance and structural adequacy of the culvert system.

• Clean and inspect 117 culverts ranging from 12" to 48" in diameter and 12' to 87' in length.

• Clear vegetation and debris from culvert openings to a mudline by a maximum 15' semicircle.

• Contractor must submit a post-site visit "Summary of Work," a work plan, a Hazard Analysis & Safety Plan, a Debris Disposal Plan, an Initial Project Schedule, and an Inclement Weather Plan.

• Government will conduct periodic and final inspections. Final payment is contingent upon satisfactory correction of deficiencies identified during the Final Inspection.
