Scope of Work

- Inspecting and cleaning two 100,000-gallon tanks at Rainbow Forest.
- Services encompass interior and exterior inspections, sediment removal, and disinfection.
- All work must adhere to standards set by the Arizona State Department of Environmental Quality, NPS Public Health, AWWA, and OSHA.
- A detailed written report of findings, including photographs and a DVD of the inspection, is a required deliverable.
- Offerors must demonstrate at least three (3) years of experience in inspecting and cleaning potable water tanks.
