• Timeframe: Painting work is 5-10 business days; cleaning is a single day (8 a.m. - 4 p.m., Monday-Friday, with occasional Saturday service). Work hours are subject to building management rules.

• Contract Exclusivity: The contract will not be exclusive; at least three contractors will be selected for a Blanket Purchase Agreement.

• Materials & Quality: Material specifications and quality expectations are detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW).

• DBA Insurance: This is a mandatory US Government requirement for all Prime Contractors and subcontractors with civilian employees overseas. It is separate from local ARL compensation and must be quoted as a separate line item. Reimbursement is processed after 30 days of receiving the invoice and proof of payment.

• SAM Registration: Companies must include their NCAGE and UEI codes in their offer for verification.

• VAT: VAT application depends on the company's DIAN registration and authorized invoice issuance.

• Experience: A minimum of 10 years of verifiable experience in the Colombian market is required. Experience as an individual and a business organization can be combined if verifiable.

• Painting Area: The square meters indicated for apartments refer to the built area and do not include walls or ceilings. Walls and ceilings must be quoted separately.

• Service Area: Services are limited to Bogotá.

• Clarifies requirements for DBA insurance, experience, and service area.

• Provides details on how to quote painting services (e.g., three coats, separate quotes for walls/ceilings).

This document is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Solicitation number 19C02026Q0004. Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

• This acquisition is currently UNRESTRICTED.

• The solicitation incorporates FAR clauses by reference. Key clauses include those related to commercial items, contract terms and conditions, solicitation provisions, evaluation factors, and representations and certifications.
