Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To procure cleaning solvents for the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) to maintain its currency manufacturing process and prevent operational disruptions.

This procurement action is for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide a time-based replenishment of specific cleaning solvents. The BPA will consist of five (5) twelve (12) month ordering periods.

• Ethyl Alcohol, U.S.P. 190 Proof (1-Gal Can): Requires permit number US-TF-15004.
• Red Wine Vinegar: Used as a degreasing agent.
• Press Wash, Blanket and Roller, Water Miscible (55-Gallon Drum): Product specified as BOTTCHERRIN OFFSET 4050; no substitutions allowed.

Vendors must provide quotes for all listed items, including quantity, current list price, and available delivery dates.

• Delivery Period: Thirty (30) days after contract award.

• No sensitive, classified, or proprietary information is involved.

• No government-furnished resources or information will be provided.
