Scope of Work
The contractor will provide transcription services to ensure NSWCCD's in-house videos are 508 compliant. Services include:
- Offline transcription, performed remotely off-site.
- Acceptance of automated transcription, with human transcription as a selectable option.
- Use of a web GUI for file uploads (minimum 500 MB file size) supporting .mp3, .mp4, .mov, and .wav formats.
- Handling average audio/video file lengths of approximately five minutes, up to a maximum of two hours.
- Providing downloadable file types including plain text, Word Doc, PDF, .SRT, and .STL.
- Completion of standard work requests within four (4) business days and rush requests within one (1) business day.
- An estimated workload of approximately four (4) hours of services per month.
- All work must be unclassified.
