- Scheduled System Maintenance: Monthly on-site visits (1-3 times/month) for software upgrades, equipment cleaning/repair, wiring inspection, and operational verification.
- Quick Response Support (QRS): Technical assistance within 4 hours of a reported problem, with on-site support within 24 hours if remote resolution fails.
- Personnel Requirements: Qualified technicians, wearing identification, adhering to government regulations and professional conduct.
- Cyber/IT Solutions: Offerors must identify all cyber/IT hardware, software, and services used for Coast Guard data or network connections.
