Scope of Work
The requirement is for one (1) portable wash rack system designed for high-pressure hot water washing of Aerospace Ground Equipment (AGE) vehicles and aircraft servicing carts. Key specifications include:
- Design: Must include on/off ramps, pull-through capabilities (unenclosed), water inputs, and an integrated oil-water separator (55-gallon capacity).
- Electrical: 240/415V, 50 hertz.
- Dimensions/Capacity: Minimum 20 feet in width, wash bay footprint of 20ft W x 40ft L, adjacent 10ft x 40ft for OWS/tanks/equipment. Must support 30,000 lbs gross vehicle weight.
- Delivery & Installation: Delivery is to W1 AS DLA DIST SAN JOAQUIN, Tracy, CA 95304-5000 for military shipment, with installation required at Al Udeid Air Base.
