• Delivery and Installation Locations: Delivery is to CA 95304 for military shipment to Al Udeid Air Base, where installation will occur. Direct delivery to Al Udeid Air Base is acceptable.
• Logistics & Support: The government will provide base access coordination (though the contractor is ultimately responsible for obtaining access). Installation will be on improved paved surfaces with nearby utility tie-ins. Contractors are responsible for their own installation equipment and are not eligible for base lodging.
• Equipment Specifications: The system requires high-pressure hot water wash equipment with an integrated heating element. It will service Aerospace Ground Equipment vehicles and aircraft servicing carts. The wash bay footprint is specified as 20ft wide by 40ft long, with an adjacent 10ft by 40ft footprint for OWS/tanks/equipment. The wash rack will be unenclosed and a new facility, not within an existing structure.
• Utilities: Power (240/415V, 50Hz) and water will be provided within approximately 50ft of the installation area. Extended runs of approximately 50ft may be required. Sewer is not on-site.
• Oil-Water Separation: A holding tank will be provided for discharge. Discharge must comply with AUAB 379th Environmental Management Plan, including capturing wastewater, processing through an oil-water separator, and potential analysis of wastewater.
• Site Preparation: Grading and concrete work are not required for site preparation; the site will be a leveled pavement.
• Load Rating: The rack must support 30,000 lb gross vehicle weight (changed from 16,000 lb).

The wash rack will be unenclosed and a new facility, not within an existing structure.
• Dimensions & Load: The wash bay footprint is 20ft wide by 40ft long, with an adjacent 10ft by 40ft footprint for OWS/tanks/equipment. The load rating must support 30,000 lb gross vehicle weight.
• Site Preparation & Utilities: Site preparation is minimal (level pavement). Utilities (power and water) are within 50ft of the installation area. Contractor is responsible for external cabling to utility hookups. Contractor is not eligible for base lodging.
• Water & Waste Management: Water source is a storage tank filled by water truck. The system requires an oil-water separator with a 55-gallon capacity. Discharge must be to a holding tank, adhering to AUAB 379th Environmental Management Plan standards. Solids are removed and placed in 55-gallon drums.
• Logistics: Local sourcing/procurement is preferred. Direct delivery from Saudi Arabia to Al Udeid Air Base is possible with design submission and approval.
