This document is a solicitation for a Clutch Overhaul Kit (NSN 2520-01-645-8279, Part # 680912-980CR OVHLKT). The U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) Surface Forces Logistics Center (SFLC) requires vendors to provide this specific kit.

• Item: Clutch Overhaul Kit (P/N 680912-980CR)

• Quantity: 4 Each (EA)

• Kit Contents: Must include Disc Pack Assembly (P/N C41291-020CR), Seal Kit (P/N C78012-980) with specified O-rings and back-up rings, and Springs (P/N C40073-075).

• Substitutions: No substitutions are authorized without approval from USCG SFLC Technical Experts.

• Packaging: Must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E Method 10, cushioned in bubble wrap, and packed in an ASTM-D6251 Type III, Class 1 wood-cleated panelboard shipping box or ASTM-D6880 Class 2 heavy-duty screwed wooden box. Marking must be IAW MIL-STD-129R & barcoding IAW ISO/IEC-16388-2007, Code 39 Symbology.

• Sole Source: The Z-Drive Clutch Kit is sole source to the OEM and authorized distributors.

• Quality Assurance: If Q/A inspection is checked, the contractor must notify the Contracting Officer at least seven (07) calendar days prior to inspection readiness.

• Shipping: FOB DESTINATION REQUIRED to USCG CENTER, 2401 HAWKINS POINT ROAD, RECEIVING ROOM- BUILDING 88, BALTIMORE, MD 21226.

• Delivery: Deliveries are to be made Monday through Friday between 8 am and 3 pm.

• Pricing: Total cost must include delivery and any freight charges to zip code 21226.

• Invoicing: Must be processed through https://www.ipp.gov. Invoices must include CG contract number, vendor invoice number, vendor UEI, UEI & TINs number, cage number, PO item number, description, unit prices, and extended totals. Shipping costs should be a separate line item. A copy of the invoice must be sent to Carlos.A.DiazGarcia@uscg.mil.

• All material must be shipped with an itemized packaging list citing the Purchase Order Number.

• Material must be packed for shipment using Military Packaging (MIL-STD-2073-1E) for protection during transit and warehouse storage.

• All materials shall be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-129R and barcoded unless otherwise authorized.

• Changes in delivery timeframes or tracking information must be sent to BRADY.A.MYERS@USCG.MIL.

• USCG APPROVED LABEL requirements are detailed, including NSN, Item Name, Part Number, PO Number, "COAST GUARD SFLC MATERIAL", Condition (A), Quantity, and Unit of Issue.
