Scope of Work
The requirement is for four (4) Clutch Overhaul Kits, each including:
- Disc Pack Assembly (P/N C41291-020CR, QTY 1)
- Seal Kit (P/N C78012-980) with specified O-rings and back-up rings
- Springs (P/N C40073-075, QTY 9)
No substitutions are authorized without approval from USCG SFLC Technical Experts. All items must be individually packaged in accordance with MIL-STD-2073-1E Method 10, cushioned, and packed in an ASTM-D6251 Type III, Class 1 wood-cleated panelboard shipping box or ASTM-D6880 Class 2 heavy-duty screwed wooden box. Marking must comply with MIL-STD-129R and barcoding with ISO/IEC-16388-2007, Code 39 Symbology.

- Shipping: FOB DESTINATION to USCG CENTER, 2401 HAWKINS POINT ROAD, RECEIVING ROOM- BUILDING 88, BALTIMORE, MD 21226. Deliveries are accepted Monday through Friday, 8 am to 3 pm.
- Invoicing: Must be processed through https://www.ipp.gov, including specific contract and vendor details. A copy of the invoice must be sent to Carlos.A.DiazGarcia@uscg.mil.
Eligibility / Set-Aside
This requirement is sole source to the OEM and authorized distributors for the Z-Drive Clutch Kit.
Submission & Evaluation
