Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the services to be performed by the Construction Contractor for minor construction improvements at the Ljubljana Existing CMR Compound (CMRC) in Ljubljana, Slovenia. The project includes a bathroom renovation on the 1st floor of the Chief of Mission Residence (CMR) and the identification and repair of an existing leak.

• Project Location: Chief of Mission Residence (CMR), Cesta 27. Aprila 61, Ljubljana, Slovenia.

• Project Objective: Provide complete construction services and supervision for a bathroom renovation and leak repair.
