Scope of Work

Combinations of physical and chemical methods, equipment servicing, and testing to control water-related problems such as corrosion, scaling, general deposits, and microbiological fouling.
Specific preventive maintenance and testing services detailed in the Performance Work Statement (Attachment A), covering components like RO systems, pumps, water softeners, filters, and chlorine feeders.
Quarterly laboratory analysis of water quality parameters. All work must comply with NSF, AWWA, ANSI, SDS, ASTM D, NFPA, UL, IEEE, NEMA, OSHA standards, and applicable manufacturer O&M instructions. Repairs and emergency services are not included in this contract, but rates for emergency service are requested.

Contract Details

Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price Purchase Order.
Period of Performance: One base year with a maximum of four one-year option periods.
