  • Specific preventive maintenance and testing services detailed in the Performance Work Statement (Attachment A), covering components like RO systems, pumps, water softeners, filters, and chlorine feeders.
  • Quarterly laboratory analysis of water quality parameters. All work must comply with NSF, AWWA, ANSI, SDS, ASTM D, NFPA, UL, IEEE, NEMA, OSHA standards, and applicable manufacturer O&M instructions. Repairs and emergency services are not included in this contract, but rates for emergency service are requested.
