Purpose & Scope

This market survey aims to determine the availability and technical capability of current SeaPort-NxG MAC holders to provide comprehensive support to the Commander Naval Air Force U. S. Pacific Fleet (COMNAVAIRPAC/CNAP) Flag Secretary Office. The contractor will perform work as specified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS), which includes:

  • Flag Secretary Office Support: Administrative activities, minor facility maintenance, managing government vehicles, preparing official ceremony drawings, expediting engraving, and event setup/breakdown.
  • Official Functions and Events Menu Planning: Creating menus, budgets, and layouts for official events (contractor does not provide meals).
  • Ceremonial and Reception Material Warehouse Management: Inventory, inspection, maintenance, and cleaning of ceremonial gear.
  • Laundry Services: Managing inventory and cleaning of linens for the Flag Mess and official functions.

The work will be performed on-site at Naval Air Station North Island, CA, primarily during government business hours, with potential for support beyond normal hours for events.

Special Requirements
