This solicitation is a Request for Quote (RFQ) issued by UNICOR (Federal Prison Industries) for the purchase and installation of one new CNC machine at the FPI Coleman Medium facility in Florida. • The machine must include operating manuals and documentation, WoodMotion, and WoodWop software with a single-seat license.

• Basic equipment requirements include a minimum table size of 4200mm X 1410mm, moving gantry design, cross support, dust collection connection, and automatic centralized lubrication.

• Electric equipment requirements include specific operating voltage and a permanently mounted switch cabinet.

• Safety and protective equipment, including protective grids, are required.

• One year complete warranty is required.

• Machine freight and rigging, including overland freight, importation, and installation fees, must be included in the price.

• Bidders must provide descriptive literature and PDF drawings for installation and overview.

• Substitutions from specifications must be clearly labeled and explained.

• The contract will be a SINGLE award.

• The period of performance is 6 months from the date of award.

• Offerors must hold prices firm for 180 calendar days from the offer due date.

• Funds will be obligated by each delivery order, not by the contract itself.

• The closing date and time for submission of offers is Thursday, April 16, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST.

• Questions regarding requirements must be submitted in writing to Peyton Perry by Thursday, April 2, 2026, at 2:00 PM EST.

• Evaluation will be based on Technical and Warranty (Pass/Fail), Past Performance, and Pricing.

• The Government intends to award without discussions.

• This solicitation will be announced as a 100% small business set-aside.

• NAICS Code: 333243 (Sawmill, Woodworking, and Paper Machinery Manufacturing) with a size standard of 550 employees.

• All solicitations and amendments can be obtained through Sam.gov.

• Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov.

• A Business Management Questionnaire and Past Performance Surveys are required as part of the proposal.

• The place of delivery is UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries FCI Coleman, 846 NE 54th Terrace, Coleman, FL 33521.
