Scope of Work
The requirement is for one fully assembled and enclosed CNC Milling Machine, along with specific accessories:
- CNC Milling Machine: Must be fully enclosed, factory assembled (max 96 inches height), with an automatic tool changer, minimum trace area (X-19.7, Y-13.8, Z-14), capable of canned cycles for rigid tapping, equipped with spiral and flood cooling, and compatible with Inventor software. It must utilize Ethernet connectivity and not be cloud-based. Refurbished parts are not permitted.
- Accessories: Includes a 4th Axis, Oil Skimmer Kit, Strap Clamp Kit for 5/8-inch T-Slot, Deluxe BT30 Toolholding Set, Waterproof Mouse, and Waterproof Keyboard.
- Warranty: 12 months against defects in material, parts, and workmanship.
- Delivery: FOB Destination to Arnold Air Force Base, TN 37389. Installation will be at the Technology Machine Shop, Building 850.
Contract Details

Submission Requirements
Offerors must submit:
- A quote for the CNC Milling Machine and associated items, meeting requirements in RFQ Attachment 1 (Statement of Work).
- A completed Pricing Worksheet (RFQ Attachment 2), detailing unit and total prices in USD for each CLIN, and proposing the earliest possible delivery date (weeks ARO).
- Technical specifications and/or documentation demonstrating compliance with all salient characteristics in Attachment 1.
- A proposed delivery schedule.
- Completed copies of all provisions and clauses as required by Attachment 3.
- Any exceptions to RFQ terms and conditions with supporting rationale. If no exceptions, a statement confirming this.
