Turnkey services include shipping, conveyance/offloading/rigging, tooling, technical data (manuals/drawings), training, installation, and foundation. A critical specific requirement is the provision of program/maintenance support laptops and accessories, which must be Dell Computers brand, specifically DELL MODEL # Pro Max 18 Plus, with no acceptable alternatives. The machine must be capable of processing various aluminum, steel, inconel, titanium, copper, brass, nickel, and stainless-steel alloys, adhering to numerous government and non-government standards (e.g., OSHA, ANSI, ISO, NEMA, NFPA). Key components include a Punching Turret Station, Laser/Punch Slug Conveyors, High-Speed Capacitive Cutting Head, Dust Collector, Chiller Unit, Gas and Assist Gas Systems, CNC Controller, and a dedicated laptop for offline programming.
