This amendment (0001) to solicitation 140FS226Q0101, effective 05/01/2026, makes the following changes:

This document outlines the specifications for a UCR Fish Screen to be procured by the USFWS as part of the Upper Colorado River Recovery Program. The screen is intended to prevent fish from entering a water control structure into a wetland site.

• Product: One (1) fish screen consisting of 6 panels.

• Dimensions: Each panel to measure 48-inches wide and 80 inches long.

• Material: Constructed of metal suitable for submersion in water (stainless steel or aluminum preferred for weight).

• Screening Material: Rounded bars are required to prevent injury to small fish. Wedgewire style screens are not acceptable. The aperture width between screen bars must be less than 1/2-inch.

• Mounting: Screens shall be mounted in metal frames for installation into an existing water control structure.

• Terms: Prices quoted must be FOB Destination.

• Location: 445 West Gunnison Ave., Suite 140, Grand Junction, CO 81501.

• Timeline: Delivery no later than X days after receipt of an order.

• Instructions: Contact the Point of Contact (Travis Francis) at least three days prior to delivery to arrange a time. The delivery truck will require a liftgate, and unloading is the sole responsibility of the delivery carrier.
