The program will target six distinct groups of instructional leaders: HQ and Region Senior Leaders, District Leaders, Regional CIL Teams, HQ Team, Region and District SMEs, and School Leaders. The objective is to enhance coaching skills aligned with DoDEA's Coaching Model and the book "Blended Coaching: Skills and Strategies to Support Principal Development."
