- Professional learning sessions on DoWEA’s Coaching Model.
- Role-specific professional learning sessions and resources for various educator groups (Executives, Regional CIL, Region/District ISS, School Leaders).

- Competency assessments for differentiated support in Advanced sessions.
- Evaluation support and reporting.
- Technical support for digital resources.

Special Requirements (from Draft PWS)
- Technical: Digital resources must be compatible with DoWEA's LMS (Schoology) and Google Classroom, conform to IMS content packaging, and meet specific browser/system requirements. Third-party software must meet FedRAMP Level 2 standards.
- Security & Privacy: Contractor personnel must be US citizens and complete Privacy Act/PII training. All DoWEA data must be secured (TLS for data in transit, AES-256 for data at rest) and comply with relevant DoD and DoW cybersecurity directives.
