Scope of Work

Sword specifications: Blades must be high carbon tool steel or stainless steel, available in lengths from 26 to 33 inches. Detailed features include 24k gold-plated bronze pommels, grip sockets, and guards with an eagle emblem; grips of bleached sharkskin or white pebble plastic with gold-coated wire; and specific blade hardness and plating requirements.
Scabbard specifications: Must be made of fiberglass or polyurethane (0.040 to 0.065 inch thick), or sheet metal with balsa wood/fiberboard lining covered in black calfskin or morocco leather. They require three 24k gold-plated bronze or stamped metal bands, two figure-of-eight mounts, and two rings.
Sword Case: A cotton flannelette case with specific material, weave, thread count, weight, and construction is also required.
