- Age & Condition: Less than twenty (20) years old for the charter duration. Vessels exceeding fifteen (15) years must be enrolled in their Classification Society's Condition Assessment Program (CAP) and rated two (2) or better.
- Dimensions: Maximum Length Overall (LOA) of 108 meters and a maximum Deadweight Tonnage (DWT) of 8,000 metric tons (MT).
- Features: Must have a bow/jet thruster, a minimum of 3 segregations with double valve isolation, a 3-ton boom or crane capable of reaching both port and starboard for cargo hoses, and be fitted with cruciform bits at the manifold.
- Performance: Minimum speed of 12 knots in moderate weather.
- Location: Delivery to the Sea of Japan / Western Pacific Range, with worldwide operational limits.
