This contract will provide 24/7/365 operations, maintenance, and sustainment of the AN/FPS-108 COBRA DANE radar system at Eareckson Air Station, AK, supporting national radar missions including Missile Defense and Space Domain Awareness. Key services include:

  • Organizational (O-level) and Depot (D-level) maintenance.
  • Operations support, system integration, and cybersecurity.
  • Depot spares management and Depot Maintenance Support Activity (DMSA).
  • Travel, transportation, packaging, handling, shipping, and transportation (PHS&T).
  • Data management, training, and systems integration lab services.
  • Support for potential future Task Orders/Delivery Orders for software maintenance, hardware redesigns, and transition activities.

Submission & Evaluation

Interested contractors must submit a Statement of Capability (SOC) via email. The SOC should include company information (CAGE, NAICS, business size, socio-economic status, POC) and detail capabilities and experience in:

  • Ground Based Radar, high-powered traveling wave tube technology.
  • O&M, D-level sustainment, DMSMS management, remote operations, and modification services.
  • Processing/handling/storage of SECRET and Formerly Restricted Data (FRD). Responses must be in searchable PDF or MS Office 2024 compatible format, no more than 10 pages (excluding cover letter), with 12-point Times New Roman font. Submissions exceeding 10 MB require CD-ROM/DVD. Reference materials (SRD and PWS) are available upon request.
