• Optional work may include additional sign base/wood sign removal and installation of steel/square posts or wooden portal signs.
• Temporary traffic control plans are required, and proper disposal of all demolished materials is mandatory.

• Place of Performance: Flagstaff, AZ, and surrounding areas within the Coconino National Forest.

• Questions Due: January 12, 2026, by close of business, emailed to troy.mccullough@usda.gov.
• Site Visit: January 6, 2026, 11:00 AM Local Time, meeting at 1824 S. Thompson St., Flagstaff AZ 86001.
• Evaluation Criteria: Award will be made to the offeror representing the best value to the Government, based on Technical Approach, Price, and Past Performance. Award will not necessarily be made to the lowest-priced offeror.

Additional Notes

• Davis Bacon wages apply.
• Offerors must have an active entity registration at SAM.gov.
• Bond Requirements: Performance and payment bonds must equal 100% of the original contract price, with an additional 100% of any increase. Payment bond amount must be no less than the performance bond.
• Provided Materials: All signs (aluminum, HDPE, cedar) are Government-Furnished and stored at the Flagstaff Ranger Station. 1000 wood screws are provided; additional hardware and posts are not.
• Permits: Right-of-Way Encroachment permits are necessary for ADOT locations. Permits may also be required for Coconino County and City of Flagstaff. Contractors must follow all jurisdictional requirements.
