This solicitation is for the procurement, delivery, installation, and initial setup of 10 Codonics SLS 600i printers and upgraded admin software with licenses for the Kansas City VA Medical Center (KCVAMC). The goal is to replace existing equipment and software that are nearing end-of-life to ensure continued excellence in patient care and safety by maintaining the medication labeling system.

• Deliverables: 10 Codonics 600i Safe Label System Printers, Codonics Admin Software License for site, Installation, Training, and Setup.

• Scope: Procurement, delivery, installation, and initial setup of printers and software. Includes shipping and handling.

• Installation Timeline: Delivery, installation, and initial setup must be completed within 90 days of contract award.
