The requirement also includes optional hardware blocks (C5204, C5208S, C5212S) and associated support tiers. Services are to be provided for a base year (April 1, 2026 - March 31, 2027) and four subsequent option years.

Submission Requirements & Key Amendments
Bidders must sign and return the Amended Pricing Table (Excel), providing firm-fixed-prices for all line items, including optional items, for the base and option years. Price quotes must be valid until March 31, 2026. Shipping is F.O.B. Destination. Offerors must include any applicable End User License Agreements (EULA) and/or other referenced Contract Terms and Conditions, and sign/return the Addendum to Commercial Agreements (PDF) if EULA/Terms are provided.
