Scope of Work
This requirement is for a "Beyond Clothing" Cold Weather Gear system, or an equivalent, designed for active air exchange in cold environments. The system must be fully integrated and operationally tested per MIL-STD-810G 502.5. Key deliverables include 17 specific clothing items across various layers:
- Base Layers (Level 1): Next-to-Skin Pullover and Long John for rapid heat/moisture release.
- Mid Layers (Level 2 & 3): Performance Mid-Layer, Fleece Jacket, Alpha Lochi Jacket, and Rig Softshell Jacket/Pant for insulation and weather resistance.
- Outer Layers (Level 4 & 6): Wind Shell Shirt/Pant, Hardshell Jacket/Pant (STORM) for wind and waterproof protection.
- Insulation Layers (Level 5 & 7): Back Country Jacket/Pant, Static Insulation Jacket/Pant (STORM) for high-exertion or stationary cold conditions.

Evaluation & Award
