Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

To provide semi-annual preventive maintenance and technical support for two (2) M2 3D printers located at Robins Air Force Base.

• Provide all necessary materials, parts, travel, and labor for maintenance and support.

• Perform semi-annual preventive maintenance (PM) on two M2 printers (Serial # M2-900141 and M2-900098).

• Provide technical support via telephone or email.

• Address "Over and Above Work" which is within the general scope but not covered by line items, requiring a work request, proposal, negotiation, and contract modification.

• Perform corrective maintenance/repairs, requiring a written estimate within three business days of assessment for Government approval.

• PM services must be performed in accordance with Original Equipment Manufacturer's current manuals.

• PM must be scheduled at least 30 days in advance and performed within the 12-month period to which they relate.

• Technical support is available from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm, Monday through Friday.

• Repair estimates are due within three business days of assessment.

• A maintenance log detailing all completed tasks must be submitted electronically via email within three days of repair completion.

Sources Sought Synopsis

This Sources Sought Synopsis (SSS) is being conducted to identify potential sources capable of performing semi-annual preventive maintenance and technical support for two (2) M2 Additive Manufacturing 3D Printers located at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia. The government is seeking information on companies with the expertise, capabilities, and experience to meet these requirements.

• Semi-annual preventive maintenance for two (2) M2 Additive Manufacturing 3D Printers.

• Technical support for the specified 3D printers.

• Potential need for repair of existing systems/equipment (hardware and software) in a depot environment.

• Potential need for configuration management processes to address parts obsolescence and diminishing manufacturing sources.

• Interested contractors should provide documentation supporting their company's capability to meet the requirements.

• Responses to the Contractor Capability Survey (Parts I and II) must be received no later than 11:00 am EST on April 12, 2026.

• Attachments should not exceed 10 MB per email; multiple emails are acceptable.

• No set-aside decision has been made. The final strategy will be determined after analysis of responses.

• Small business respondents are encouraged to provide thorough responses and detail any teaming/partnership/joint venture/subcontracting arrangements if they do not possess the full capability.

• Both large and small businesses are encouraged to participate.

• Joint ventures or teaming arrangements are encouraged.
