ULINE H-4053BL (QTY 219 EA):

• Collapsed Height: 21.3"

• Features: Doors on length side, lid rests on rim (no lock/snap), stackable collapsed/upright, stackable with/without lids.
• Capacity (On Forks, Max 2): 3,000 lbs max load, 1,500 lbs/level.
• Capacity (On Floor, Max 4): 6,000 lbs max load, 1,500 lbs/level.
• Usage: Designed for forklifts, not pallet trucks, not watertight.
• Specifications: No UV Protection, Meets AIAG specifications.
• Shipping: Assembled, collapsed position.

ULINE H-7988 (QTY 30 EA):

• Dimensions (Inside): 74 1/2" x 44 1/2" x 27 1/2"
• Drop Door Openings: 45.7" x 16.8"
• Collapsed Height: 13.3"
• Fork Openings: 11.9" x 3.5"
• Material: HDPE
• Temperature Range: 0° - 120° F
• Features: Doors on length side, lid rests on rim (no lock/snap), stackable collapsed/upright, stackable with/without lids, 4-way pallet truck access.
• Capacity (On Forks, Max 3): 4,500 lbs max load, 1,500 lbs/level.
• Capacity (On Floor, Max 4): 6,000 lbs max load, 1,500 lbs/level.
• Usage: Not watertight.
• Specifications: No UV Protection.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation is for the procurement of Collapsible Bulk Containers. The government is seeking offers for these containers to meet specific requirements.

• Item 0001: Collapsible Bulk Container, 48" x 45" x 42", 1,500 lb Capacity. Brand Name or Equal to ULINE H-4053BL. Quantity: 219.

• Item 0002: Collapsible Bulk Container, 78" x 48" x 34", 1,500 lb Capacity. Brand Name or Equal to ULINE H-7988. Quantity: 30.

• Item 0003: Shipping services related to the containers.

• All items are to be delivered by 19 June 2026.

• The contract will be a Firm Fixed Price type.

• The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 326199, with a size standard of 750.

• Offer Due Date: 08 May 2026, 04:00 PM Local Time.

• Questions Deadline: 4 May 2026, 4:00 PM EST.

• Proposals must be submitted via email to the MARFORSOC Contracting Specialist.

• Offers must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM).

• The proposal validity period must be a minimum of 60 days.

• Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose proposal is the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA).

• Evaluation will be based on Technical Acceptability (meeting salient characteristics) and Price.

• This acquisition is set aside for Small Business.

• The solicitation includes numerous FAR and DFARS clauses, including those related to payment, representations and certifications, and Buy American/Free Trade Agreements.

• Specific clauses address telecommunications and video surveillance equipment, and tax on foreign procurements.

• Unique item identification and valuation requirements are detailed in DFARS 252.211-7003.
