- Item 0002: 30 units of Collapsible Bulk Container, 78" x 48" x 34", 1,500 lb Capacity, Brand Name or Equal to ULINE H-7988.
- Item 0003: Associated shipping services. Detailed salient characteristics for both container types, including dimensions, material (HDPE), temperature range, features (e.g., drop doors, stackability), and capacity, are provided in the attached "Attch1 - Collapsible Containers Salient Characteristics.pdf". All items must be delivered by June 19, 2026.

Submission & Evaluation
Proposals are due by May 8, 2026, at 4:00 PM Local Time. Questions must be submitted by May 4, 2026, at 4:00 PM EST. Submissions must be sent via email to the MARFORSOC Contracting Specialist. Offerors must be registered in SAM and ensure their proposal is valid for a minimum of 60 days. Award will be made on an all or none basis to the responsible offeror whose proposal represents the Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). Evaluation will focus on technical acceptability (meeting salient characteristics) and price. The Government intends to award without discussions, so offerors are encouraged to submit their best technical and price proposal initially.
