Scope of Work
The primary objective is to install electrical power to the loading pits at the Colorado Springs Airtanker Base. Key requirements include:
- Installation of a 100amp 3ph power panel and a 30KVA NEMA 3R Transformer for Pit 1 (Base Item).
- Installation of necessary feeders, junction boxes, and weatherproof connections.
- Conduit mounting a minimum of 12 inches off the existing trench bottom, with provisions for cutting/drilling metal trench grates.
- Installation of a single detachable weatherproof rubber or flexible conduit with two 110V, 15-amp plugs at Pit 1.
- An optional item (CLIN 1001) covers similar electrical installation for Pit 2, awarded only if funding allows.
- All electrical work must meet applicable Federal, State, and Local codes and be weatherproof.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.
