Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for:

- New Dock Installation: Furnishing, transporting, installing, and anchoring a new swim dock designed for seasonal water level fluctuations and high-wind conditions at Sullivan Lake Campground.
Salient Characteristics of New Dock
The new dock must be:
- Dimensions: Minimum 15’x15’ to Maximum 16’x16’.
- Construction: Marine-grade aluminum or galvanized steel frame with encapsulated foam flotation.
- Decking: Non-slip composite (light grey or cedar tone) with black dock edging.
- Safety Features: 4-to-5 step detachable swim ladder; flush coupling systems with rubber covers (if delivered in sections).
- Anchoring: Flexible chain/fastener system for rocky/sand bottom (approx. 30ft depth) capable of withstanding peak wind events.
- Lighting: Solar-powered LED lights on each corner.
- Freeboard: 12” to 18” under dead load.
