Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

• Special Services: Includes cleaning of the entire range from Mass Air Units to backstop and shooting positions, removal of bullet residue and debris, and cleaning of drain grates. Specific cleanings are scheduled for May and September, with provisions for rescheduling due to conditions like freezing temperatures.

• Auger Inspection: Inspection and maintenance of the Screw Conveyor System (SCS), including motors, junction boxes, bullet trap plates, and associated components, adhering to the SCS Operation & Maintenance Manual.

• Dust Collection Unit (DCU) Inspection: Inspection, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance of DCU components, including blower motor, air compressors, filter bank, and collection drum, following the Screw Conveyor System Operation & Maintenance Manual.

• Air Compressor and Air Lines: Inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of air compressors and associated air lines, including oil and filter changes, belt replacement, leak testing, and pressure adjustments.

• Post Cleaning Threshold: Work areas must be lead-free, with post-cleaning results verified by swipe surface sampling, aiming for levels below 200 micrograms per 0.1 sq/m.

• SS-1: No more than 1 discrepancy per cleaning, based on CATM personnel inspection or validated customer complaint.

• SS-2: Post-cleaning surface sampling results below analytical sensitivity levels of 200 micrograms per 0.1 sq/m.

• Surveillance is 100% inspection and customer feedback.

• Place of Performance: F.E. Warren AFB, Wyoming.

• Telework is not permitted.

• Normal Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, 0730-1630.

• Government Furnished Property/Services: DCU filters will be provided. Electricity, water, and sewage services will be furnished.
