Scope of Work
The requirement is for a non-personal services contract to provide a combined chemistry and immunoassay analyzer, including all necessary reagents, consumables, controls, and maintenance services on a Cost-Per-Reportable Result basis. The system must be capable of performing a wide range of general chemistry tests (e.g., A1C, Alb, ALP, ALT, AST, BUN, Ca, HDL, LDL, K, Na, Phos, T Bil) and immunoassay tests (e.g., Ferritin, Folate, FT4, Testo, TSH, Vitamin B12, Vitamin D, PSA, T3 Uptake, Cortisol, Estradiol, Free PSA, Free T3, FSH, LH, Progesterone, Prolactin, Total T4).
The analyzer must support continuous, random STAT, and batch specimen processing, and bi-directionally interface with the electronic health record and the Cerner Millennium/Military Health System-Genesis (MHS-G) Laboratory Information System (LIS). The contractor will be responsible for delivery, installation, validation, training, and providing 24/7 technical support.
