• Bozeman USPS and Federal Building (Bozeman, MT): Focuses on perimeter sidewalk and ADA ramp repairs, full exterior walkway assessment, concrete repair including truncated dome surfaces, root damage mitigation, and surface leveling.
• Mike Mansfield Federal Building (Butte, MT): Involves selective concrete patching, removal of deteriorated concrete, rebar restoration with epoxy anchoring, bonding agent application, and matching existing finishes. Common requirements across all sites include obtaining necessary permits, thorough pre-work assessments, executing standard concrete repair procedures (saw cutting, excavation, subgrade prep, forming, reinforcement, finishing, curing), ensuring smooth transitions, and addressing any exposed or damaged reinforcing steel.
