Statement of Work (SOW)

To provide annual service for the proper maintenance, calibration, and repair of laboratory equipment manufactured by Biorad, essential for conducting HIV prevention and transmission scientific studies for the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), Division of HIV Prevention, Laboratory Branch.

• Provide at least one onsite comprehensive preventive maintenance (PM) service per the original equipment manufacturer's specifications.
• Respond to unlimited emergency repair service requests at no additional cost.
• Use only genuine original manufacturer's parts, supplies, materials, and upgrades.
• Respond to service calls within 24 hours (excluding weekends and federal holidays) and schedule service within 72 business days.
• Provide a detailed service report, including system/maintenance checklists and certificates, within 5 business days after each service visit.

July 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027

• At least one onsite PM service per covered period.
• Detailed service report including quality assurance and certification for each repair service request and PM, to be received within 1 week after the visit.
• Service requests calls require response within 24 hours and scheduling within 72 hours.

Payment in arrears quarterly. Payment due 30 days after receipt of a proper invoice or Government acceptance of services, whichever is later, in accordance with FAR 52.232-25, Prompt Payment.

Offerors must comply with established HHS Information and Communication Technology (ICT) accessibility standards.
