To provide lodging accommodations for Homestead Air Reserve Base personnel on an as-needed basis through a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA).

• Provide single and double occupancy hotel rooms as called for by the contracting officer or designated representative.

• Reserve rooms and beds for specific periods.

• Ensure lodging is within 30 miles of Homestead Air Reserve Base, FL.

• Provide continuous logistical and quality assurance support.

• Offer amenities including adequate net living and sleeping areas, security locks, functional bathrooms, clean rooms, telephone, television, heating, and cooling.

• Furnish necessary items such as lamps, clothes storage, desk/chair, and trash containers.

• Rooms must meet specific standards for security, sanitation, and furnishings.

• Daily custodial services including room cleaning and linen changes are required.

• Contractor must be accessible 24/7 for reservation issues.

• Government personnel must present authorization for lodging.

• Government is exempt from local, state, and federal taxes.

• Period of Performance (POP): Five (5) years from award or until the maximum dollar threshold is met.
