Scope of Work
The requirement is for continuous and uninterrupted hard-wired multi-channel video cable TV and high-speed internet services. Key services include:

- Providing 24/7 CATV signal service and high-speed broadband internet access (minimum 300 Mbps download).
- Maintaining Contractor hardware and installed equipment.

Justification & Evaluation
This action is justified as a sole source under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) because Charter Communications Operating LLC is the only responsible source capable of providing both cable TV and high-speed internet with hard-wired connections to all required locations on JBPHH. They own the existing fiber optic and copper coaxial cable infrastructure, and historical district restrictions prohibit satellite installations. Any other source would require new infrastructure, causing unacceptable delays and service interruptions.
All responsible sources may submit a quote for consideration. Award eligibility requires the Quoter to be determined responsible per FAR 9.1 and registered in SAM.gov.
