Project Scope & Requirements
The contractor will provide a turnkey renovation, furnishing all labor, parts, tools, equipment, and materials. The project is divided into two Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs):
- CLIN 0001 (Building 1672 - Command Post): Includes framing, drywall, VCT/carpet installation, security window/door specifications, soundproofing, cabinet/counter replacement, and specific electrical and HVAC modifications (e.g., receptacle types, lighting controls, emergency lighting, fire alarm strobes, split ducting, HVAC override).
- CLIN 0002 (Building 1675 - Nondestructive Inspection Room): Involves compressed air installation, wall painting, eye wash station, removal of existing AFFF system components, floor preparation (concrete demo, epoxy coating), and specialized HVAC (Mini Split with humidity control, Energy Recovery Ventilator system) and electrical (GFCI, dedicated 480V 100A 3-phase receptacle, rotating warning light) installations. All work must comply with federal, state, local codes, DoD standards, Unified Facilities Criteria (UFCs), and Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGSs). A one-year warranty on workmanship is required.
Contract Details
- Contract Type: Firm Fixed Price.
- Estimated Value: Between $200,000 and $250,000.
- Period of Performance: 90 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.
- Set-Aside: 100% Total Small Business (NAICS 236220).
- Bonds: Performance and Payment Bonds are required.
- Offer Validity: Offers must be valid for at least 60 calendar days.
