Quick Summary
The Department of the Navy, specifically Commander, Navy Region Hawaii (CNRH), is conducting market research through a Request for Information (RFI)/Sources Sought Notice. - Software Update: Updating existing Lenel software dongle licenses from 8.2 to 8.3.

Key performance metrics include:
- Downtime: Total system downtime not to exceed 48 hours.
