Sources Sought Notice

NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Sigonella – Rota is conducting a market survey to identify interested and capable businesses for logistic and analytical services in support of Combat Task Force Six Eight (CTF68). This notice is for planning purposes only and is not a solicitation. Large businesses are not required to respond. The government intends to use the information to assist in acquisition planning and potentially set aside the contract for small businesses or socioeconomic programs (8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB/EDWOSB).

• Logistic and analytical services.

• Support required onsite at Naval Base Rota.

• Travel required up to 20% of the time (CONUS and OCONUS).

• Approximately 5-10% of hours will be dedicated to TS/SCI work.

• Operations Planner and Operations Specialists are the only labor categories required to perform TS/SCI work.

• Estimated level of effort: 2 FTE Operations Planners (GS-12 equiv.), 1 FTE Operations Specialist (GS-12 equiv.), 1 FTE Logistics Planner (GS-12 equiv.).

• Anticipated single award, Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract.

• One-year base period with four (4) one-year option periods.

• Potential six-month extension under FAR 52.217-8.

• This is a follow-on contract to N68171-21-P-6002, expiring August 8, 2026.

• Incumbent contractor: Assent Advisory Group, LLC (SDVOSB).

• Response Deadline: February 12, 2026, 2:00 PM CET.

• Questions Deadline: February 6, 2026.

• US citizenship is necessary due to required Secret and Top Secret clearances.

• Government reserves the right to set aside for small businesses or socioeconomic programs.

• Respondents intending to use subcontractors must detail how they will comply with FAR 52.219-14 (Limitations on Subcontracting).

• Applicable NAICS code: 541990 (size standard $19.5M).

• Both Secret and Top Secret Clearances are required.
