Eligibility & Submission

Set-Aside: The government reserves the right to set aside this contract for small businesses or socioeconomic programs (8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB/EDWOSB). Large businesses do not need to respond. Mandatory Secret and Top Secret clearances require all contractor personnel to be US citizens. Respondents must submit a Capability Statement (maximum 5 pages) electronically to Melissa.e.ferri.civ@us.navy.mil.
