This document is an addendum to FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services.

• Manufacturer/Make/Brand/Model: Offerors must include this information for each item, along with supporting literature, cut sheets, and/or product specification data that meets or exceeds Government specifications. Simply restating Government specifications is not sufficient.
• FOB Destination: This must be included in the pricing for each item.
• Pricing Precision: Pricing must be to the nearest cent. Failure to adhere to this may result in the offer being considered non-compliant.
• Quote Validity: Quotes must be valid for a minimum of 60 days from the solicitation closing date. Any item requiring longer than 90 days for delivery must be indicated.
• Submission Method: The solicitation is available electronically, and quotes should be remitted via email to jason.c.huth.civ@army.mil and melissa.m.kaarbo.civ@army.mil.

Quotes that do not provide all the specified information will be considered non-conforming and may not be considered for award. Vendors are encouraged to submit quotes early and follow up to ensure receipt. The Sierra Army Depot intends to award a single firm-fixed price purchase order.

Solicitation / RFP / RFQ

This solicitation, W912GY26QA009, is for the procurement of Commercial Boilers and Pumps. The government is procuring two specific items: a "Commercial Boiler Pump - Lochinvar 100208411 Pump or Equivalent" and a "Commercial Boiler - Lochinvar FTX600 Boiler or Equivalent."

• Period of Performance: Delivery Date is on or before 15 July 2026 for both items.
