Scope of Work

The FAA requires two (2) weekly round-trip ground shuttle charter services:

  • Service A: Originating from WJHTC (Atlantic City, NJ) to the Department of Transportation Headquarters (DOTHQ) at 1200 New Jersey Avenue SE, Washington, D.C., with multiple predetermined stops.
  • Service B: Operating in reverse, originating at DOTHQ and terminating at WJHTC, with multiple predetermined stops. Services are scheduled for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, excluding federal holidays. Vehicles must be commercial motorcoaches for 38+ passengers, compliant with DOT and FMCSA regulations, and equipped with A/C, heating, seat belts, luggage storage, restroom, Wi-Fi, and power outlets. Drivers must have a valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with passenger endorsement and a clean driving record.

Submittal Requirements

Interested firms must provide a capability statement (not exceeding five pages) addressing:

  • Summary of firm's capability and approach for providing the shuttle services.
  • Confirmation of possessing a 38+ passenger commercial motorcoach meeting specified standards.
  • Examples of corporate experience for similar work, including customer name, period of performance, contact, contract number, and work description.
  • Firm's business classification size.
  • Point of contact information (company name, mailing address, contact name, phone, email).
