Submission Requirements
Interested vendors must submit a capabilities statement (not exceeding five pages) demonstrating their ability to perform the described services. The statement should include:
- Company name, address, and business size (e.g., large, small, 8(a), WOSB, HUBZone, VOSB, SDVOSB).
- Point of contact information.
- Technical capabilities.
- Past or current contracts (contract number, period of performance, type, amount, description of relevant experience, customer POC).
- Description of experience performing similar repair requirements.
- Confirmation of ability to accomplish at least 51 percent of the work in-house.
Evaluation
SWRMC will evaluate capabilities statements to determine respondents' requisite technical capabilities and experience. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), and a formal solicitation is not available. The Government will not pay for response efforts.
