Special Requirements
This is a non-personal services contract. The contractor must submit a Quality Control Plan (QCP) within 10 days of award. Personnel will undergo background checks, comply with installation access requirements, and wear identification badges/uniforms. Adherence to safety (OSHA, EM 385-1-1) and environmental regulations is mandatory. Required training includes AT Level I, OPSEC, iWATCH, IA/IT, and PII for relevant personnel. Government will provide security cameras, tablets, electrical connections, limited LAN access, and email.
