  • Gas Steam Compartment Cooker: Natural Gas fuel type, with features such as a water treatment system, electric ignition, automatic blowdown, 60-minute mechanical timer per compartment, steam flow control, automatic water control, pressure gauge, and safety relief valve. Construction requires stainless steel doors with full perimeter gasket, lock, and seal mechanism, and a fully insulated cooking chamber with removable steel pan supports. Certifications include ASME Constructed and National Board Registered.

Compliance Requirements

All proposed products must be in full compliance with the Revolutionary FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) Overhaul and any and all DoW (Department of the War) Deviations. Vendors must be prepared to provide documentation certifying this compliance.
